TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice and may be affected by government restrictions. Any cancellation or amendment made within 24 hours of the flight is subject to penalty charges and fare differences.
- In the event of a positive COVID-19 test, rebooking charges and any fare difference will be the responsibility of the client.
- For Visa Packages and Air Tickets, TravelBot is not liable for any issues arising from offloading by immigration or airlines. Rebooking charges and penalties apply as per fare rules and will be borne by the client.
- Air Ticket Promo Fares are non-refundable, and therefore, associated Visa Packages will also be non-refundable.
- Visa approval is at the discretion of the immigration authorities. Visa application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including visa rejection.
- All services booked are subject to airline and hotel policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Promo rates are 100% non-refundable.
- Any additional payments required for amendments or upgrades requested by the client after confirmation will be borne by the client.
- Hotel room availability is determined solely by the property. Standard check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. Requests for early check-in, late check-out, or specific bed configurations are subject to availability.
- Changes to tours due to weather conditions will be accommodated with alternative options.
- By receiving the Invoice Receipt, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions of TravelBot.
- A 15% cancellation service charge applies if a cancellation is requested by the client, regardless of whether the product has been issued or not.
